How much do you charge to build a website?
There’s no one single answer to this question. A website design is estimated based on the needs of each individual project. Every website is unique and requires different components. We design and develop custom websites specifically for your business. We ask a lot of questions, assess your needs, and give you a price estimate based on that assessment.
Can I update my website by myself when it’s finished?
Yes to a certain degree. We encourage our clients to take control of their website and learn how to manage the content on their own website. You will have full access to the backend of your new website after migration to make simple text updates, photograph changes, new products and pricing can easily be changed on your own. We do recommend you contact us or a professional (designer/developer) to complete more complex changes and maintenance such as plugin updates, design or structure changes and complex functionality requirements. We provide hourly tutorials at $120.00 per hour after completion of your website if necessary.
How much input do I have in the website design process?
Your input and feedback are crucial to the website design and development process. We request that you provide us with 3-5 example websites before we begin the assessment for your new website. Then we’ll work with you to develop just the right look, feel, and functionality. Remember this is your website, and we need your input and direction to reach your final vision.
Is SEO included in my website build?
The simple answer is No, the build of your website does not include monthly SEO. We do basic on-page SEO as we craft the website. Anything we put on your website including text, photos, and video can be seen by Google and other search engines. Contact Us for more information.
Will you maintain our website for us?
We provide ongoing support for many of our clients but it is not mandatory and you will not be charged a monthly fee. If you want a maintenance package just let us know.

Do you provide hosting or domain names?
No, you will be responsible for purchasing website hosting and domain name. We don’t trap our clients into a “use us or go away” system, like a lot of other agencies. Of course, we want you to stay with us but we also believe in freedom of choice. This ensures you have full access to your website at any time after migration. We recommend SiteGround hosting and domain registrar to our clients.
When your new website is complete, and the final payment has been received. We will migrate it to your host. We don’t have any hidden costs or fake fees like a lot of others have. Everything is discussed up front between us and our client before any work or changes are done. If you need or want changes we’re just a phone call or email away.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes, Absolutely! Having a mobile-friendly website is more important now than ever before! We work hard to ensure your website is responsive on modern devices and browsers. We begin the design process on desktop and laptop computers. So you will need to look at your new design with a modern desktop or laptop computer. After all the revisions and approvals are complete, we go back and make adjustments for the mobile devices. Some things that work great for desktops and laptops just won’t work on mobile devices. We make changes to the mobile design layout to fit and work correctly on mobile devices as well as on desktops and laptops.
How long will it take to complete my website?
Our standard timeline is 3-6 weeks to complete a website but this depends on the size of the project. The size and pace of any project is set by the client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your feedback, and how fast you can provide your content. All effects the speed and completion of the website. The functionality and revisions required will also play a role in your timeline.
What if I need help with my site later on?
We are only a phone call or an email away! We’re here to help you as much or as little as you need. We take pride in building a long-term business relationship with our clients and we look forward to working on your future projects or updating your existing website. We’ve been doing this since 1994, so we aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.
Who writes the content and text for the website?
We require that you provide all the text content for your website. You are the expert on your business, so it’s always best if it comes from you. If you need assistance, you may want to consider a copywriter who can help you or write original content for you. Clear and precise content copy is king.
Do I have to be local to work with you?
No. We work with all types of businesses and clients all over the USA and can communicate by email, scheduled calls, and other online meeting sources.

Why Don’t you show a portfolio?
Enter the C-19 pandemic. We lost a lot of clients that had to close up shop. Not only brick-and-mortar but online shops as well. So we removed all the links to outbound client websites.
